Hours required cosmetic restoration

Hello, My first post on this forum. Thanks to the guy that mentioned dinov6.de over at the yahoo list. Sorry that I can only use English (or Portugues).
I have owned a 1971 Fiat Coupe for over 20 years. Last 10 it sits in garage, and soon I plan to restore it. It is never going to be a show car. It is only for weekend pleasure drives.
In Las Vegas, Nevada I am only 4 to 5 hours away from the great automotive capital that is Southern California! Therefore, there are several restoration specialists that would be qualified to work on this car. So, what I am trying to determine is the cost. I will want to have the suspension renewed (steering box is very worn), new tires (about $2,700 U.S.) fuel tank restored, and very minor interior issues (headliner, etc). The body will probably need a little touch up, and realign doors, and finally repainted. I don't want to spend more than necessary on paint, otherwise I will be afraid anytime anyone gets close to the car!
Engine has had some work done, and probably will be OK.
I think that's about it. Anyone restored their Fiat lately? How many hours were required?
Schonen Dank
