here, as promised, the photos...
In the first photo you can see the prepared crankshaft pulley on which the ring gear is then placed.
The optical sensor, which is supposed to detect the missing tooth on the ring gear, is then attached to the two bolts... (yellow arrows).
The parts will be assembled after typing and historical approval by the Austrian approval authority.

Sorry for the late feedback, and thank you for the pictures.
I have been looking at the same solution, but I thought it was a to thight space towards the oilfilter housing.
What is the outer diameter of your trigger wheel, or have you tested that it actually fits? BR

the inner diameter is 13,5 cm, the outer diameter is 14,5 cm.
There should be a distance of approx. 3-4 mm to the oil filter housing
